J’ai participé, après de nombreuses années de pause, à un cours de Pilates Reformer avec Julie. J’ai beaucoup apprécié non seulement la belle énergie positive qu’elle dégage et l’atmosphère du studio, mais surtout l’excellente qualité du cours. Grâce à l’attention particulière portée à l’adaptation des exercices aux besoins de chacun, on se sent vraiment accompagné et écouté. J’y retournerai régulièrement avec plaisir et je recommande chaleureusement ses cours.

Superbe découverte ce studio ! Premier cours full body reformer ce matin avec Julie , j’ai adoré !!!! Un accueil vraiment au TOP, on se sent bien dans un lieu magnifique, decoré avec goût et baigné de la lumière du jour. Je pars sur une carte d’abonnement (qui en plus n’a pas de date d’expiration)- flexibilité et multitude de cours - concept ideal.

What a great start to the day today I took an early barre class with Julie which really got me moving. The studio is warm and welcoming and the class was fun and both easy to follow and invigorating at the same time - it was a super workout. A really enjoyable way to start the day. I'll be back.
